1 kg frozen shrimps
2 red bell peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 / 2 cup dry white wine
1 lb frozen diced mango ( fresh is good too)
1 chili pepper
chopped parsley or dill
Follow these steps:
1. Thaw shrimp and peel them. Peel garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Core and slice the peppers and chili pepper.
2. Fry garlic in a small amount of oil. Add the peppers and chilies and let it fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the wine. Let it boil and simmer for about 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and mango. Let everything be heated through but not boiling.
Season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley (I didn’t have it so you can’t see any parsley on the picture). Serve with boiled rice.
